BHT-school services are allowed to be in youth's home during the pandemic. When school's are closed for holiday breaks, do those BHT-school services cease or can they continue?

for the initial assessment time frame request for ABA should we include an extra 15 days to account for treatment planning or are we just requesting 30 days on the TAR? also, will the tx plan development be included in the 96 units of assessment hours?
