Just to clarify, we currently bill physician administered medications, birth controls such as oral contraceptives, nuvarings & patches to Medi-Cal on UB claim form and on HCFA 1500 claim form to Medi- Managed Care Health Plans or IPAS/MED GROUP. So nothing changes for us correct? Since we bill on UB or HCFA 1500 claim forms. Medi-Managed Care health plans should not reject or deny our claim since contraceptives was billed on 1500 claim form.

Do we still follow the same process as of today for supply request via TAR and fax? Again regarding enteral- currently CA has certain counties in the Whole Child Model where they do not split bill and everything goes through the Medical benefit. Will this still be in effect, or will WCM counties now be split billing with Medi-cal Rx
